Pets are not permitted in the SeaWorld Orlando park, however, we do have a pet kennel located outside the SeaWorld Orlando park main entrance. Service animals are permitted at the SeaWorld Orlando park. We have 31 kennels ranging in size from small to extra large. The pet boarding building is located at the front entrance of SeaWorld Orlando, on the right hand side of the entry plaza. Kennels are $15 per day, $10 for Pass Members. Credit Only - Cash Not Accepted.

SeaWorld Orlando offers online stroller rental ahead of time. Strollers are located inside the SeaWorld Orlando park at the rental shop near Guest Services. Guests must be 18 years or older to rent strollers. For safety reasons, all strollers must be parked outside of most exhibits and attractions. SeaWorld is not responsible for strollers or their content left unattended in the park.

Shop all you want without carrying your large purchases by using "Package Pick-Up." Your merchandise will be waiting at the SeaWorld Store.

Smoking is permitted only at specific locations specified on the SeaWorld Orlando Park Map. For your convenience, there is a designated smoking section outside the park just before security.

SeaWorld Orlando requires children under 13 years of age to be accompanied by an adult or to be participating in a SeaWorld Orlando camp or educational program.

SeaWorld Orlando does not require an admission ticket for children ages 2 and younger.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the vacation package reservation arrival date. You will receive no refund if a cancellation is made the day of or after your arrival date. Unused portions of your vacation package will not be refunded.

There is no charge for the first change made to a reservation, as long as it is 24 hours before the reservation date. There will be a non-refundable charge for changes made within 24 hours of the reservation or if more than one change is made. You can cancel without any fees at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. There will be a non-refundable charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. You will receive no refund if a cancellation is made the day of or after your arrival date. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded.

For non-animal experience or amenity reservations, there is no charge for the first change made, as long as it is 24 hours before the reservation date. SeaWorld Orlando allows guests to re-enter the park with a proper hand stamp and valid admissions ticket.

Before leaving SeaWorld Orlando, guests must get their hand stamped. When guests return to the SeaWorld Orlando park they must enter through the SeaWorld Entrance with a proper hand stamp and SeaWorld admission ticket or re-entry will not be allowed.

SeaWorld Orlando has an EZpay program for Florida Residents only. EZpay is a monthly payment program that requires a 12 month commitment. Pass members will automatically remain on EZpay on a month-to-month basis after that commitment is met. Your credit card is automatically billed every month thereafter for 11 months. After you sign up for EZpay, you can come redeem your Pass at the SeaWorld Orlando park. In order to redeem your EZpay Passes, the credit card holder must be present with the proper identification.

Reprints of SeaWorld Orlando Annual Passes will be issued at the SeaWorld Orlando Ticket Services windows just outside of the Entrance turnstiles. Adults must present valid government-issued photo identification in order to receive their reprinted SeaWorld Orlando Annual Pass. One free reprint will be granted per 12 month period, each reprint after will require a $5 replacement fee.

Guests to SeaWorld Orlando are asked to claim or report lost items at the Lost and Found window located just inside the Main Entrance. Ride attendants are not responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Loose articles are not permitted in the ride queue lines or on our major attractions. This includes but are not limited to, bags and purses, cameras, cell phones, hats, keys and wallets. Items must be safely secured in a sealed pocket, a waist pack, left in a locker or with a non-rider. SeaWorld Orlando and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment are not responsible for lost or damaged articles. Items are kept at Lost and Found for seven days. SeaWorld Orlando provides for pass reprints at the Guest Services office. If your passes were forgotten, please proceed to Guest Services at the front of the SeaWorld Orlando park. Lost passes will be replaced for a $5.00 plus tax fee. Exchanges for damaged and/or faded passes are free. There is a nominal processing fee for all other replacements. Pass member must show photo I.D.

SeaWorld Orlando guests whom are adversely affected by severe weather on the day of their visit can redeem their paid admission tickets for a nontransferable, nonrefundable re-admit ticket. The new re-admit ticket is valid for a single-day admission and must be redeemed by the end of the current season. Rain guarantee re-admit tickets are processed on the day of the visit only at the Guest Services near the Main Entrance. Re-admit tickets will be distributed to guests as they end their visit. The guarantee does not apply to Pass products (1 Year, or Platinum).

A SeaWorld Orlando eTicket lets you purchase and print tickets from the convenience of home; meaning no time spent waiting for tickets to arrive in the mail. Plus, if you lose your eTicket, all you have to do is print another copy.

SeaWorld Orlando’s zero change fee policy allows Guest to change previously made admissions date-specific ticket purchases to a different date by calling 407-545-5550 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. Additional cost applies for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices. Tickets, Passes, Membership, and Fun Cards are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Other restrictions may apply.

SeaWorld Orlando has four different levels of annual passes. The Bronze, Silver, and Gold Passes are valid only at SeaWorld Orlando or SeaWorld & Aquatica Orlando depending on which Pass you purchase, and is valid for 1 full year. SeaWorld Orlando is a family destination, and requires that guests wear appropriate clothing while in the SeaWorld Orlando park. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts must be worn at all times (swim attire permitted at Aquatica).
