• Guests must pass through walk-through or hand-held metal detection.
• Personal items, including bags, backpacks, purses, packages, and strollers, are subject to inspection prior to entry.
• We recommend leaving unnecessary articles in your vehicle and securing valuables in your trunk. SeaWorld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult except when participating in an event intended for young visitors such as our Adventure Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties, and educational programs.

For everyone’s safety, the following items are not permitted at SeaWorld Orlando.

• Weapons or any items that can be used or have the appearance of a weapon, including firearms, knives, and ammunition.
• Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace).
• Drugs and all illegal items, substances, and paraphernalia.
• Glass containers, except for baby food or medicine.
• Luggage, wheeled bags, or suitcases.
• Tents, canopies, and folding chairs.
• Squirt guns or water toys.
• Portable stereos or amplified sound equipment.

SeaWorld reserves the right to prohibit any other items deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful.

SeaWorld Orlando is committed to providing guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Because of varying pathways and terrain, rollators or wheeled walkers with seats are not permitted. Alternative personal transportation options, including standard wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs), are available. Rollators and walkers without a seat are permitted.

Two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles, such as Segways, are not permitted at SeaWorld Orlando. Guests may use approved mobility devices, including Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) and standard wheelchairs, available for rent inside the park.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed to be brought into SeaWorld Orlando, with the exception of bottled water or refillable water bottles. Exceptions may be made for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies and baby food/formula, and guests should contact [email protected] prior to their visit.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. These areas are clearly marked on the park map, available both in the SeaWorld mobile app and on “You Are Here” maps located throughout the park.

We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all who visit our park. To support that goal, we ask that all guests follow the guidelines below. These expectations help maintain an experience that is enjoyable for everyone.

By entering the park, guests accept personal responsibility for following all posted signage, verbal instructions, and the policies outlined below. Behavior that disrupts the experience of others, creates a safety concern, or interferes with park operations may result in removal from the park without refund and possibly the issuance of a trespass notice. The park reserves the right to modify policies at any time.

• Treat all employees and guests with courtesy and respect. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward employees or guests will not be tolerated.
• Profanity, offensive gestures, and verbally harassing guests or Ambassadors are not permitted.
• Those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances will not be permitted to enter or remain in the park.
• Unauthorized access to back-of-house or restricted areas is prohibited. This includes ride-restricted areas, animal habitats, and any ride, slide, or theater that is closed or not in operation, including when shows are not in progress. Bypassing doors, signage, or barriers to access these areas is not permitted.
• Horseplay or unsafe behavior on rides or attractions, such as standing, stopping, misusing equipment, or exiting before being directed, may result in serious injury or death.
• Loose items must be left in a locker or designated location, with a non-rider, or secured in a pocket for the duration of the ride. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or removal from the park.
• Vandalizing, damaging, or stealing park or guest property, equipment, merchandise, or food and beverage items is prohibited.
• Cutting or jumping ahead in line is not permitted.
• Please walk; do not run while in the park, and be aware of your surroundings. Inciting others to run, blocking walkways, or forming large groups in congested areas is not permitted.
• Follow all posted signs and verbal instructions from park employees.
• Report all injuries before leaving the park on the day of visit.
• No protesting, solicitation, or distribution of promotional materials is permitted on park property.
• SeaWorld is not responsible for valuables or personal property that are lost, missing, or stolen.

• Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times.
• Clothing or visible tattoos that display offensive or inappropriate content are not permitted.
• The use of external speakers, portable amplifiers, or other devices that emit loud or disruptive sound is not permitted.
• Selfie sticks or similar extension devices may not be used in queues, rides, or heavily congested areas.

• Guests may be photographed or recorded while in the park. By entering, guests grant SeaWorld and its affiliates the right to use their image, voice, and likeness in all forms and media for any purpose worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or compensation.
• No photos, videos, or other recordings taken by guests may be used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of SeaWorld.

The safety of our guests and employees has always been our top priority at SeaWorld Orlando. We are committed to keeping SeaWorld Orlando a place where guests of all ages can come together to enjoy everything our park has to offer.

As part of this commitment, a Chaperone Policy may be activated on select dates.

SeaWorld Orlando reserves the right to activate and enforce the Chaperone Policy at any time without prior notice.

• All guests 15 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to, or remain in, the park.
• Chaperones must present a valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth upon entry.
• One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests aged 15 or younger per day.
• Chaperones must enter the park with their group, remain inside the park for the duration of the visit, and be reachable by phone at all times.
• Guests aged 15 or younger who are found inside the park without a chaperone present and reachable by phone will be subject to ejection without a refund.
• Guests 16 years of age or older who are not accompanied by a chaperone must be able to present a valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth to verify their age. If proof of age cannot be verified, guests may be denied entry.
• This policy applies to all ticket holders, Fun Card holders, and Pass Members.

Parents, guardians, and chaperones are responsible for the behavior and supervision of the minors under their supervision. While we strongly recommend that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult, SeaWorld Orlando does not assume responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents, guardians, and chaperones may be held legally liable for the actions of the minors under their supervision.

At SeaWorld Orlando, we’re committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment that our guests know and love. In recent years, amusement parks and other large entertainment venues have seen a rise in disruptive and inappropriate behavior. This updated policy helps us maintain the welcoming atmosphere our park is known for and supports an enjoyable experience for all guests.

The chaperone policy still applies to pre-scheduled company events and school groups. If you purchased tickets through our Group Sales department and have questions, please contact your Group Sales representative.

Chaperones must enter the park with their group, remain inside the park for the duration of the visit, and be reachable by phone at all times.

One (1) chaperone may accompany no more than ten (10) guests aged 15 or younger per day.

They will not be permitted to enter or remain in the park without a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID.

Pictures of IDs are not accepted.
