Regardless of the allergen, we have a plethora of prepackaged items on the menu to choose from. Our supervisors are happy to provide you a list of these items as well as where to find them.
Cards with Allergen Information
Stop by our main food facilities or guest services to pick up your Allergen Information Card. Included with these cards is a chef card to fill out your dietary stipulations, suggested meals and other related health tips.
What You'll Do
First choose where you'd like to eat. Second, request to speak with the supervisor to give them details about your allergens. Third, enjoy a safe meal suggested by the supervisor.
To make sure your meal is free from any cross contact, request to see a supervisor and have them explain the food preparation process. Next, order your food with the supervisor to make sure your meal is prepared free of any cross contact.

Although all of our meal facilities are prepared to assist you with your allergen needs, Sharks Underwater Grill has been designated as the most fit restaurant to serve your special meal. With trained chefs and full service dining, Sharks can offer you a variety of safe options for your dietary needs!
