Spring break and summer plans just got easier. Discover what’s new at Aquatica Orlando, from park upgrades and faster dining to nighttime events and family favorites you’ll want to experience all year long.

Spring break plans just got a serious upgrade. Aquatica Orlando is diving into 2026 with park-wide enhancements, refreshed dining, and a full lineup of signature events that make every visit faster, more comfortable, and more rewarding. From smoother arrivals and added shade to nighttime splash parties and Pass Member exclusives, this year is all about turning a waterpark day into a full-season destination.

Whether you’re planning a spring break getaway or looking for reasons to come back all year long, here’s what to look forward to at Aquatica.

Spring Break Starts Here

Spring at Aquatica means warm water, sunny skies, and island-style energy. Aloha to Summer arrives earlier this year, bringing festive vibes just in time for spring break, along with exclusive perks and access opportunities for Annual Pass Members. It’s the perfect excuse to trade crowded beaches for slides, waves, and lazy rivers in a tropical setting. Families with little ones can also take advantage of The Ultimate Playdate (April 6 – August 24). Designed especially for preschoolers, this experience includes early access to Turi’s Kids Cove before the park officially opens, giving kids a head start on splashy fun in a relaxed morning setting. Pass Members receive added perks like a continental breakfast and a kids’ meal voucher with the purchase of an adult entrée.

A Smoother Start to Your Day

One of the biggest upgrades guests will notice in 2026 happens before they even hit the slides. Plans are underway to add a fourth toll booth, helping improve traffic flow and making entry into the park faster and easier ahead of the busy season. Once inside, you’ll also see refreshed landscaping, resurfaced areas, updated exteriors, and refurbished guest spaces that make the entire park feel ready for the season.

More Shade, More Comfort

Florida sunshine is part of the fun — but so is staying cool. Aquatica is adding new fans, upgraded shade structures, and additional umbrellas in high-traffic areas, attraction queues, and dining locations. These comfort-focused upgrades make it easier to relax between rides and enjoy a full day at the park, even during peak spring and summer visits. Heated waterways also continue to offer added comfort on cooler days.

Refreshed Dining & Faster Service

Aquatica is enhancing the food and beverage experience so guests can spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the park. Newly refreshed and expanded dining locations include:

  • Papa’s Pizza for convenient grab-and-go meals
  • Coffee & Funnel Cake for classic park treats
  • A reimagined Ke-re’s Bar with expanded capacity and a more vibrant atmosphere

Mobile food ordering is also expanding, with QR-code ordering and delivery of food and drinks directly to guests’ chairs, making snack breaks easier than ever.

Summer Nights & After-Hours Fun

When the sun goes down, the energy turns up. AquaGlow, Aquatica’s high-energy nighttime splash party, returns with new enhancements planned, giving guests even more reasons to stay late.

Pass Members can also enjoy Slide Nights (March 13 – September 11), offering after-hours access on select evenings, along with select culinary offerings and special pricing on guest tickets. It’s a whole different way to experience the park with friends and family.

Even Winter Shines Brighter

Illuminate

Aquatica isn’t just a warm-weather destination. ILLUMINATE, the park’s winter celebration, returns shining brighter than ever with expanded lighting and lantern displays, transforming the park into a glowing seasonal experience.

Events That Make a Difference

Polar Plunge

Aquatica also hosts meaningful community experiences, including Polar Plunge on February 14, 2026. Celebrating its 16th anniversary at Aquatica Orlando, this event supports Special Olympics Florida and features fundraising rewards, live music, food and beverages and VIP experiences for top-raising teams.

More Reasons to Be a Pass Member
