National Roller Coaster DayAugust 16, 2017
Calling all thrill seekers! It’s National Roller Coaster Day and what better way to celebrate than by breaking down the top thrills at SeaWorld Orlando.
Often mistaken as a park geared toward families and young children, SeaWorld Orlando is much more! Yes the park’s filled with entertainment and animal exhibits, but it’s also home to three of the top coasters in Orlando. That’s right, if you ask me SeaWorld dominates the coaster game in Orlando.
Don’t believe me, just watch!
Now let’s dissect what you just watched! Three mega coasters combined into one amazing video. First up is our newest addition to the park, Kraken Unleashed. Kraken is a legend in the park, but recently got a face life and is now equipped with custom VR headsets that help transform your 65 mph ride into a one-of-a-kind adventure.
Not impressed? Don’t worry there’s more!
Mako a.k.a. the tallest, fastest and longest coaster in Orlando. We’re talking about 200 feet in the air, 73 mph and a track that’s nearly a mile long. Still need more? How about hypercoaster! That’s right, Mako, is a hypercoaster, which means it’s all about speed, tight turns and that weightless feeling you get at the top of each hill. You know what I’m talking about!
So if speed, height and virtual reality aren’t cutting it I’m sure Manta will do the trick. I’m talking about the ONLY flying coaster of its kind in the world. It’s a feeling you can’t describe, but just have to experience.
Now the next time you’re planning a coaster getaway don’t forget about SeaWorld Orlando! I may have only introduced you to three mega coasters, but all thrill seekers know you have to ride each coaster a minimum of two times. Once in the front row and of course one in the back!
Skip the lines and enjoy as much ride time as you can handle with Quick Queue Unlimited. Remember, Kraken Unleashed is not included in this product, but you can purchase a one-time quick queue for Kraken Unleashed OR reserve your spot in line right when you arrive at the park on your cell phone (spotsaver.com) or at the kiosks located at the attraction.
