What’s Mardi Gras without a parade? Watch Wild Arctic Plaza burst into life as bead captains, stilt walkers, musicians, and spirited entertainers pop up throughout the area, spreading Mardi Gras cheer—and beads—wherever they go

Live Music 

Feel the rhythm of New Orleans with live Cajun and jazz performances during select times from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Music has a way of bringing everyone together, so grab a spot, tap your feet, and enjoy the sounds that define Mardi Gras.

Street Party 

Bring your best moves and join the Mardi Gras dance party at Wild Arctic Plaza. With classic Bourbon Street sounds filling the air, a DJ spinning festive favorites, and lively performers setting the mood, it’s the perfect place to dance, groove, and soak up the spirit of New Orleans. As part of our Seven Seas Food Festival, enjoy classic regional favorites like Shrimp & Grits, hearty Jambalaya, and refreshing Southern libations—served from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. From savory comfort dishes to crave-worthy drinks, these timeless tastes set the tone for a delicious celebration.
