All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult

Please be aware that the habitat is approximately 30° F (0° C) and walking surfaces in the area may be wet or uneven
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable
Guests using a motorized wheelchair/ECV must be able to transfer to a manual wheelchair (provided on tour)
