- Hear stories about our birds and their unique personalities
- Admission to SeaWorld is required and not included
- Guests under 3 years of age are free and do not require a reservation
- All guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Groups will be combined for encounter of about 15 guests
- Total encounter will run approximately 20-30 minutes; time spent in habitat will be approximately 6-10 minutes depending on group size
- Program times, prices, components, and animal participation are subject to change or cancellation due to availability or weather
- Please be aware that the habitat is approximately 60° F (15° C)
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable
- Encounter is not ADA accessible. Guests must be able to walk without assistance and must be able to set up onto raised surface
- Individuals with disabilities who require accommodations should visit the Contact Us page to discuss requests prior to making reservations
