Howl-O-Scream is a yearly Halloween fright fest and Orlando’s Best Halloween Event, held at SeaWorld Orlando. This adult-targeted event transforms SeaWorld Orlando into a late-night party with haunted houses, scare zones, rides, bars, and live shows. This event requires an admission ticket separate from daytime admission to SeaWorld Orlando. Daytime admission to SeaWorld Orlando is not included nor required.
Howl-O-Scream Orlando contains intense adult content such as violence, gore, blood, and risqué content that is not intended for children.
While this event is intended for adults only, children under 18 will be admitted to the event. There is no discounted rate for children.
Yes, some of SeaWorld Orlando’s most popular rides will be open during Howl-O-Scream Orlando, including Ice Breaker, Mako, Pipeline: The Surf Coaster, and Infinity Falls. Attractions will operate weather permitting.
No, for the safety of our costumed performers and other visitors to the event, guests in costumes will not be permitted.
A dedicated Howl-O-Scream entrance has been built for this event and is located to the right of the main entrance. Guests already inside SeaWorld with evening Howl-O-Scream tickets may enter through a specific part of the park, to be determined.
Yes. Guests in the park during daytime hours will be able to go to the Waterfront, where we will have a “holding area” that will allow you to enter Howl-O-Scream within the park.
No, re-entry to Howl-O-Scream is prohibited.
No. All food and beverages are purchased a la carte. Restaurants are open until 11:30 P.M.

Howl-O-Scream is a separately ticketed event. Annual Pass Members receive a discount on Howl-O-Scream tickets and save up to 60% on select nights. Login to the Pass Member Portal to purchase with a discount.
Bags measuring larger than 8"x5", including purses and backpacks, are NOT permitted through the Howl-O-Scream entrance. Exceptions to this policy may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Any item required for medical reasons that will be screened is to be carried in a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag not to exceed the size of 12"x6"x12". Guests arriving with a bag not meeting those standards will be asked to return to their vehicle.
For the safety of our performers and other guests, flash photography is not permitted at Howl-O-Scream, filming inside of our haunted houses and scare zones is permitted, if no external lighting or accessories are used.

All of our haunted houses are ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible, but there are some tight corners to turn. We do ask that guests transfer to a standard (non-motorized) wheelchair to tour the haunted houses. Transfer chairs will be available at the entrance of each haunted house.
Yes, both motorized (ECVs) and standard wheelchairs will be available for rental inside the Shop of Horrors gift shop located just inside the Howl-O-Scream entrance.
