How do I access my rewards like the free Animal Encounter and the free digital photo downloads?

The rewards can be accessed at the self-serve kiosks located at the park (Zone A).
• Select Pass Member Options
• Scan Annual Pass
• Select Rewards and Tickets
• Choose the Free Animal Encounter or Free digital photos downloads (PhotoKey)
• Select the reward(s) that you would like to receive
• Checkout and take your printed ticket

Take the free Animal Encounter ticket to the Animal Interactions Desk to book your reservation. Take the free digital photo downloads (PhotoKey) ticket to any photo location to exchange for your PhotoKey lanyard. If you are a new Platinum Annual Pass Member, one 6 by 8 photo print will be loaded onto your new PhotoKey lanyard for use. Lost or stolen rewards cannot be reprinted and will not be replaced.

How much are the discounted guest tickets with the new Annual Pass program?

Florida Bronze Annual Passes do not receive a discount on guest tickets. Florida Silver Annual Passes receive 50% off 3 guest tickets to each Florida park of membership. Florida Gold Annual Passes receive 50% off 6 guest tickets to each Florida park of membership. Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 50% off 7 guest tickets to each Florida park of membership.

Guest tickets can be purchased at the kiosk located at the park (Zone A). Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pass Members will:
• Select Pass Member Options
• Scan Annual Pass
• Select Rewards and Tickets
• Choose Guest Ticket(s)
• Checkout and take printed ticket to Zone C for park entry

Tickets must be used on the day printed. Redeem reward on day of use only. Discount is based on general admission full retail front gate pricing. Lost or stolen rewards cannot be reprinted and will not be replaced.

I purchased a Pass before Oct. 4, 2018 and was rolled into the new benefit plans. When will I receive new rewards?

Previous EZpay Pass Members who purchased before October 4, 2018 who are active and out of commitment received updated rewards again on October 4, 2019.

I purchased a Pass after Oct. 4, 2018 as part of the tiered plans. When will I receive new rewards?

Current EZpay Pass Members who purchased after October 4, 2018 will receive updated rewards once they reach the date past their initial commitment term and make their first Out of Commitment payment. This date is typically one year + one day from the initial date of purchase (15 months past date of purchase for 15 month passes). Pass Members must be active status and have no holds on their account to receive updated rewards.

If you choose to cancel or end your Annual Pass immediately after the initial commitment term, you will not receive any updated rewards. Please refer to your EZpay contract to define your term start and end date.

How can I see what current rewards I have remaining?

Pass Members can visit the Self-Service Kiosks or any Guest Service Representative to view current eligible rewards and redeem any rewards.

What if I don’t see the rewards I should see at the Self-Service Kiosk?

If you do not feel you are seeing the correct rewards shown at the kiosk, please visit any available ticket window or guest services representative and they will be able to look into your account and verify eligible rewards for each Pass Member.

If I paid in full for my Pass, when will I see new rewards?

Guests who paid in full for their Annual Pass will not see any changes to their rewards during their Annual Pass timeframe. When you choose to renew your Annual Pass, you will receive new rewards based on the tier of the new Pass, at time of renewal.

I am a Florida Platinum Pass Member. Will I get the new updated rewards including 3 Free Guest Tickets and an Animal Care Tour?

Yes, all active eligible current and previous Florida Platinum Pass Members received updates to their rewards in September 2019. Florida Platinum Members on EZpay will still receive annual refreshes to their rewards, as outlined in the above scenarios.

I am a Bronze Pass Member. I see now that Bronze no longer receives a 10% in-park discount. Is my Pass affected?

Current Bronze Annual Passes purchased prior to September 11, 2019 will continue to receive their 10% discount until the end of their initial commitment term. Once you reach the end of your initial term, you are no longer guaranteed this discount. If you would like to upgrade to an Annual Pass which does receive in-park discounts and other benefits, please visit any available ticket window.

What if I do not know when my Annual Pass was purchased?

Please login to your account to view order history and account information. Note: The date printed on your Annual Pass may reflect the date the Pass was printed and not your original purchase date. Please verify your Pass details by logging in to your account.

If I choose to keep my current active Annual Pass, what benefits will I receive?

You will continue to receive the benefits that are currently associated with your Annual Pass including admission to the designated park(s), free parking, in-park discounts, and discounted tickets.

Why should I upgrade from my current Annual Pass to a Florida Gold Annual Pass?

The choice is yours, based on what is most valuable to you. Get up to $400* in additional benefits and savings when you upgrade from your current Pass to a Florida Parks Gold Pass. If free preferred parking, 15% off food and merchandise, two free guest tickets, a free Animal Encounter, and a free digital downloads (PhotoKey) are important to you, the Florida Gold Annual Pass is your best bet.

* Based on an average of 3 visits, average guest spending, and highest seasonal retail value of products. All Pass benefits subject to availability, change and/or cancellation after your initial commitment term.

If I decide to convert to the Annual Pass program, what benefits will I receive?

Annual Pass benefits vary depending on which plan you choose. Please visit the websites below to compare plans and pick the one best for you.

Is free parking included with all of the Annual Pass plans?

No, but a parking benefit is included with every plan. Florida Bronze Annual Passes include 50% off general parking. Florida Silver Annual Passes include free general parking. Florida Gold and Florida Platinum Annual Passes include free preferred parking*.

Is unlimited admission included with all of the new Annual Pass plans?

No. Florida Bronze Annual Passes include 12 months of admission with blockout dates set forth on the following blockout date calendar. Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Annual Passes include unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates.

If I decide to keep my Pass, will I still receive free guest tickets?

Yes. Florida Silver Annual Passes receive 1 free guest ticket to be used only at 1 park of your Florida park(s) of membership, excluding Discovery Cove, per Pass Member, per initial term. Florida Gold and Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 2 free guest tickets to be used at 2 parks of your Florida parks of membership, excluding Discovery Cove per Pass Member, per initial term. Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 3 free guest tickets to be used at 3 parks of your Florida parks of membership, excluding Discovery Cove, per initial term. Parking not included. The Pass Member must be with the guest for entry to the park. Tickets must be used on the day printed.

Free tickets will be issued as a Reward at the kiosk located at the park (Zone A). Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pass Members will:
• Select Pass Member Options
• Scan the Annual Pass
• Select Rewards and Tickets
• Choose the Free Guest Ticket(s)
• Checkout and take printed ticket to the front gate for park entry

Tickets must be used on the day printed. Redeem reward on day of use only. Lost or stolen rewards cannot be reprinted and will not be replaced. Pass Member must be present with guest upon entry.

If I upgrade to one of the new Annual Pass will I forfeit benefits?

The new Annual Pass program gives you the flexibility to pick the Pass with the benefits you want most and pick your park(s). By upgrading to the new program, you will receive benefits associated with the tier and park(s) selected.

Do I get a discount on preferred parking with the new Annual Pass program?

Yes. Florida Bronze Annual Pass Members would pay the difference from 50% off general parking to upgrade to preferred parking for each visit. Florida Silver Annual Pass Members would receive a discount on preferred parking when available for each visit. Florida Gold and Florida Platinum Annual Pass Members would receive free preferred parking based on availability.

If I decide to keep my current Pass, will I still receive free parking?

Yes. You will continue to get free general parking with your Annual Pass. Florida Platinum Pass Members will continue to get free preferred parking.

Why does the Florida Bronze Annual Pass have blockout dates?

Each Annual Pass plan offers varying benefits. The Florida Bronze Annual Pass plan was designed for guests who are flexible and looking for maximum savings.

What are the Florida Bronze Annual Pass blockout dates?

If I purchase a Bronze Annual Pass and want to visit the park on a blockout date, do I have to purchase a full-priced admission ticket?

No. We have a special discounted rate for Florida Bronze Pass Members who choose to visit on blockout dates to park(s) of membership. Visit Zone B, Full Service Ticket Windows on the day of your visit to make this purchase. Limit 1 discounted ticket per Pass Member per day. Only valid for Pass Members.

I have a 2-year Pass on EZpay monthly payments and my Pass says "Gold" on it. Will I receive the benefits of the new Florida Gold Annual Passes?

No. In the past, the term "Gold" stood for our 2-year Annual Passes, which had the same benefits as 1-year Annual Passes. Active 1-year or 2-year Florida Parks Annual Pass Members (not including Platinum Pass Members) will continue to receive the benefits that are currently associated with your Annual Pass including admission to the designated park(s), free parking, in-park discounts, and discounted tickets.

If you would like to upgrade to a new Gold Annual Pass, visit the parks' ticket windows on any regular operating day or call 1-407-545-5550 to enroll. The EZpay contract terms and conditions in effect when you upgrade will apply.

I need to update my credit/debit card. What do I need to do?

You can manage and update your debit and credit cards online now with our new EZpay management system!


Step 1:  Login with your username and password or create a new account with your pass
    -- (NOTE: a barcode/zip code login does not provide sufficient security to manage your EZpay account).
    -- If you already have an account, click “add your pass” once logged in to update your account with pass(es) desired


Step 2:  Click on the “EZpay” tab


Step 3:  On the left side, after a listing of your EZpay passes, you’ll see a link to update your card, among other helpful items


Step 4:  Click the link to update your card information and then enter the desired information on the following screen


If you have a past-due amount (because the prior card was expired), you can pay that balance to become current also.

I have a past-due balance I need to pay - how can I get current & access my benefits?

You can now pay past-due balances with our new EZpay management system!


Step 1:  Login with your username and password or create a new account with your pass

    -- If you already have an account, click “add your pass” once logged in to update your account with pass(es) desired


Step 2:  Click on the “EZpay” tab

If you need to update your card info (e.g. because the card on file has expired), you can manage that on the page as well.

I would like to end my pass or modify the type to a different pass type. How can I do so?

We certainly hope your intent is to change the type of your pass and not cancel it entirely!

  • If you want to change to a different pass:

Our helpful agents can help you convert your pass and payments accordingly.

 

  • If you want to cancel your pass:

First, we request you have no outstanding/overdue payments: please Login with your email & password (note: your barcode/zip code is insufficient for managing your account), then click the EZpay tab and scroll down to pay off your “commitment amount”.

 

Next, while logged in, visit https://seaworld.com/end-ezpay/ to request your cancellation. An email will be sent to you after filling out the request, for confirmation of your cancellation and effective dates. Please note that there are no partial refunds when cancelling a pass if not converting into a new one.

I'm not seeing all the passes on my account, how can I see them?

On the EZpay tab, you will see all passes attached to your credit card on file. 

  • There may be some rare cases where multiple cards were used over the years and you don't see an active pass here.  If so, please login to the account used to manage those EZpay passes and update the credit card to the current one on file with your main account.

On the Account tab, you will see all passes currently associated with your profile. 

  • If you purchased other passes on a separate transaction online (or at the park), they will not show here by default; however, you can add those to your profile using the "Add a Pass" box as long as they have not already been attached to another email.

If you don’t happen to see an expected account after logging in, please use the option to login with barcode/zip code for the pass in question – you’ll still be able to access the benefits and other information relevant to that pass by logging in that way!

Are there any current pass member offers?

If you’re a current pass member, you can login with your account (or barcode/zip code) to see the current benefits and offers available to you right now.

What benefits are included with my EZpay pass?

The benefits for EZpay passes are the same as their standard pass counterparts!  Please see the annual pass pages on this site - there you can find a list of benefits, pricing information, and other important information.

I'm having trouble logging in

Please be sure you have a current pass (typically starting with “A” and followed by 11-15 digits. If so, you can use the barcode/zip code (the billing zip code used when you purchased the pass) to login.

  • This will allow you to do everything EXCEPT manage your EZpay account.

If you would like to use an email/password for easier login in the future, please use the Sign up link, and use the “I have a pass” button when creating your account with a new email/password.

  • If you forget to attach your pass when creating your account, don’t worry, you can still add it later after logging in!
