Save time and money by purchasing your ticket or pass online before you visit the park. Tickets are required for all guests ages three and older.

What time does the park open?

Although SeaWorld is open every day, park hours vary throughout the year. Be sure to check the SeaWorld Orlando homepage or the app for opening and closing times.

Where is SeaWorld in Orlando?

The park address is 7007 SeaWorld Drive, Orlando FL, 32821, near the intersection of Interstate 4 and FL 528. SeaWorld Orlando is located about 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Dining at SeaWorld®

Restaurants and concession stands are located conveniently throughout the park. Large hard or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks and picnic lunches may not be taken into the park. Guests with special diets, baby formula or baby food may bring their items into the park.

Guests wanting to make seating arrangements at Sharks Underwater Grill® can do so online or by visiting the host/hostess stand in front of the restaurant on the day of their visit. Reservations can be made in person after 10 a.m. the day of your visit.

Is there free Wi-Fi for guests?

We offer free Wi-Fi to our guests. After entering the park, select SeaWorldGuest to connect.

How much is parking?

We offer general and preferred parking to our guests. General parking starts at $25 and preferred parking starts at $35. Purchase your parking pass in advance here.

Florida Bronze Annual Pass Members receive 50% off general parking. Florida Silver Annual Pass Members receive complimentary general parking. Florida Gold and Platinum Annual Pass Members receive complimentary general parking and preferred parking (limited availability).

Do you have charging stations for Electric Vehicles?

For your convenience, we offer three charging stations for Electric Vehicles. There will be no charge for using the charging stations, but are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask an Ambassador for directions upon your arrival to the park.

Is there a service to skip long lines at the attractions?

Can my children go to SeaWorld without me?

Unless they are participating in a SeaWorld camp or educational program, children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Do children need photo ID to get into the park?

Minors (guests who are younger than 18 years of age) are not required to present photo ID to enter the park.

Where can I find a map?

The SeaWorld App has an interactive map feature to help you find your way during your visit. Park maps are also available near the entrance and at Guest Services. 

Where do I go for help in the park?

Guest Services is located near the entrance of the park. Our friendly ambassadors are here to help you have an amazing day at SeaWorld. Below are some of the many services provided at this location:

  • Show information
  • Lost and Found Items
  • Guides for guests with disabilities
  • Assistance for lost parties

Stroller. wheelchair, and electronic convenience vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent in the building to the right of Guest Services.

What do I do if I lose my annual pass?

You can reprint your pass at Guest Services or the self-ticketing kiosks at the front of the park using your name, birthday, and photo ID. You are granted one free reprint per 12 month period, each reprint after will require a $5 replacement fee.

Are lockers available?

We offer three different sizes of all-day lockers for rent near the park entrance, ranging from 13”x7.5” to 22”x13.5” in size. Small single-use lockers are also available at Journey to Atlantis®, Kraken®, Manta®, and Mako® for a small rental fee.

Are strollers available?

We offer single and double strollers for rental on a first-come, first-served basis at the rental shop near Guest Services.

Are there wheelchairs or electronic convenience vehicles (ECVs) available?

At the rental shop, we offer wheelchairs and ECVs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Does SeaWorld offer pet boarding or a kennel service?

We have 31 kennels ranging in size from small to extra large. The pet boarding building is located at the front entrance of SeaWorld Orlando, on the right hand side of the entry plaza. Kennels are $15 per day, $10 for Pass Members.

Can I bring my own food and coolers?

SeaWorld Orlando has clear limitations on what types of food/beverage purchased outside are allowed to be brought in to the park. Coolers are permitted, but they must be no larger than 16-quart size. For guests with special dietary requirements a limited number of unlimited access daily picnic size lockers are available for rent at the park. The picnic area is located next to the pet care at the front of the park and guests may re-enter these areas as often as they would like during an operating day. The guest has the option to donate any pre-packaged/unopened food that is not permitted in the park to the Second Harvest Food Bank serving the Orlando area.

The following food and beverage items are not permitted:

  • Picnic lunches or other family portion servings (such as large bags of chips great than 3.5 oz, sandwiches, hot dogs, slices of pizza, subs, fried chicken, etc)
  • Any outside beverages except bottled water (this includes teas, sodas, alcohol, etc in any size containers)
  • Glass containers of any kind are not permitted

Coolers may contain:
  • Snacks in individual serving sizes (cracker packs, bags of chips, fruit snacks, etc. that are under 3.5 oz)
  • Bottled water
  • Baby food in plastic containers
For the safety of our animals, plastic straws, balloons, and cup lids are not permitted inside SeaWorld Orlando.

Can I smoke at SeaWorld?

Smoking is permitted in the park, but only at locations specified on the park map.

What kind of security should I expect when I come to visit?

Our security procedures are designed to keep our guests, ambassadors, and animals safe. Please note the following tips and reminders from our security team:

  • All bags, backpacks, and packages are subject to inspection prior to entering the park.
  • The following items are not permitted to be brought into SeaWorld: weapons, glass bottles, cans, any other type of sharp object, straws, large hard or soft coolers, and any hazardous items or materials.
  • Please leave any unnecessary articles locked in your vehicle to expedite your entry into the park.
  • SeaWorld is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.

What are the attraction restrictions?

As each attraction is unique, guests are encouraged to reference each posted safety warning sign at the ride entrance. Height requirements for each attraction are listed below:

Journey to Atlantis: 42" (107 cm) or taller
Guests between 42" and 48" tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion (a guest who is 14 years of age or older)

Kraken: 54" (137 cm) or taller

Manta: 54" (137 cm) or taller

Mako: 54" (137 cm) or taller

Infinity Falls: 42" (107 cm) - 78" (192 cm)

Wild Arctic: 42" (107 cm) or taller
Guests between 42" and 48" tall must be accompanied by a supervising companion

Big Bird's Twirl 'n' Whirl - Elmo's Choo Choo Train: 36" (91 cm) or taller
Guests below 36 inches must be accompanied by a supervising companion
Hand held infants may not ride these rides.

Abby's Flower Tower - Cookie Drop! - Slimey's Slider: 42" (107 cm) or taller

Do rides and attractions ever close for maintenance?

SeaWorld Orlando is open 365 days a year. For the safety of our guests and animals, attractions and exhibits occasionally close for improvements and scheduled maintenance. Please visit our park hours page to view our current list of scheduled closures.

How does the Busch Gardens Shuttle work?

Through Mears Destination Services, SeaWorld provides complimentary transportation from several Orlando locations to Busch Gardens Tampa with the purchase of a Busch Gardens Ticket. Please call Guest Services at 1-407-545-5550 to schedule transportation.

Does SeaWorld host meetings or special events?

There are opportunities for meetings and special events at SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove. Visit our group events page to learn more.

What credit cards are accepted at SeaWorld?

SeaWorld accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB at all ticket booths, restaurants and gift shops with proper identification. We also provide ATMs throughout the park for your convenience.

How do I book a tour or animal encounter?

We offer many exclusive park experiences. Book online to reserve your spot or stop by Guest Services during your visit for availability.
