Great Hammerhead Shark arrives at Shark Encounter
This winter, SeaWorld Orlando welcomed Dutch, a critically endangered great hammerhead shark to Shark Encounter. The great hammerhead is the largest of the nine species of hammerhead shark. Currently measuring seven feet long, and weighing 120 pounds, Dutch is anticipated to reach between 10 - 15 feet in length when he is fully grown. Make sure to plan a visit to Shark Encounter to see if you can spot Dutch within the five other shark species currently in the aquarium.
