ID.me is a third party which verifies your first responder status so we can provide offers to our heroes.

We are incredibly grateful for the round-the-clock work by first responders to help keep our community safe. We would like to show our appreciation by inviting them to our parks with one free guest ticket to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, or Adventure Island.
Register for your free ticket via ID.me from October 16 – 31, 2025. Free ticket is valid to use October 16, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

NOTE: To ensure that each First Responder receives the discount, it is required to create his/her own ID.Me account. For optimal user experience, it is recommended to use a home computer. Work computers (with outdated browsers) or mobile devices provide an unsatisfactory experience.
Important: ID.Me requires documentation for program eligibility.
Offer Rules:
First Responder Offer: Registration is only available via online offer and is not available at any park ticket window. Must register online by Oct. 31, 2025 and visit the park by Dec. 31, 2025. First Responder verification is done via ID.me. Online savings are based on general admission prices available at the park. Offer not available at the park. The one-day admission ticket can only be used on the date selected. Taxes, shipping, and service fees are additional. Parking is not included. Limited quantities available on a first come, first serve basis. Offer not valid with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers. The ticket is nonrefundable, nontransferable, not for resale, void if altered, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and may be confiscated without restitution for misuse. Photocopies will no be accepted. This offer is not to be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Offer subject to change without notice. The ticket must be redeemed/purchased prior to arrival. Present the ticket at park entrance with photo ID.
