Our talented Culinary team is dedicated to producing high-quality catering meals. We have an on-site kitchen located in our banquet facility, Ports of Call®, as well as our own bakery where we create delicious desserts, freshly baked breads and rolls. In addition to our Catering Menus, our Chef is happy to customize choices to accommodate special requests. From buffets to plated meals, outside cookouts to receptions with stations, our goal is to work with you to ensure that every guest has a delicious and satisfying culinary experience at your event.

Specifically designed to provide a more casual meeting experience, the Sea Harbor Pavilions are ideal for buffet-style functions and receptions for groups as large as 1,500. Four covered pavilions center around a spacious central courtyard laced with lush greenery and majestic palm trees.

Wild Arctic® offers groups the chance to chill out in the frozen wonderland of the Arctic, surrounded by beluga whales and walruses.

Groups will discover a unique dining experience at Sharks Underwater Grill®. To start the evening, guests may explore Shark Encounter®, featuring sharks, barracudas and other exotic sea life creatures.

Once inside, guests "mingle" with more than 50 sharks visible through an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing spectacular views of our one-of-a-kind shark exhibit .The view from every table is memorable, making this an evening to remember.

Manta® is the perfect party setting for thrill-seekers to go from "seeing to being.”  Immersed in the mysterious world of rays, they'll glide, speed, soar and spin headfirst like a ray on an experience that only SeaWorld could create. Non-riders will enjoy 10 unique, naturalistic aquariums inhabited by more than 3,000 marine animals. Other popular options include:
