Our talented Culinary team is dedicated to producing high-quality catering meals. We have an on-site kitchen located in our banquet facility, Ports of Call®, as well as our own bakery where we create delicious desserts, freshly baked breads and rolls. In addition to our Catering Menus, our Chef is happy to customize choices to accommodate special requests. From buffets to plated meals, outside cookouts to receptions with stations, our goal is to work with you to ensure that every guest has a delicious and satisfying culinary experience at your event.
