Enjoy a romantic three-course dinner for two at Sharks Underwater Grill®. This seating includes access to the park after dinner and a free Quick Queue to enjoy unlimited front-of-the-line access to our most popular rides.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu (All Seatings):

• 1st Course – Choice of Soup or Salad
  • Baby romaine with orange segments, English cucumbers, candied walnuts, wild berries, and pomegranate vinaigrette
  • Butternut squash bisque with truffle oil and crema drizzle
• 2nd Course – Choice of Entrée
  • Black Angus Filet Oscar with chef’s béarnaise, baby vegetables, and dauphinoise potato
  • Blackened North Atlantic salmon with smashed potatoes, butternut squash, and lemon beurre blanc
  • Fried tofu with Asian vegetable slaw and miso glaze
• 3rd Course – Shared Dessert
  • Double chocolate crème brûlée with Grand Marnier truffles
