Laissez les bons temps rouler! Let the good times roll at SeaWorld as we bring the Big Easy to Orlando with our Mardi Gras celebration. From jazz music to delicious Gulf Coast flavors and more, everyone can enjoy a taste of New Orleans! Immerse yourself in the festive fun Feb. 12 - 16 and 19 - 21.
Pop-up Parade
Everyone loves a good parade, especially when there are beads involved! Watch the Wild Arctic Plaza come to life as entertainers, bead captains, stilt walkers, and musicians bring their spontaneous Mardi Gras spirit right past you.
Live Music
Listen as the sounds of New Orleans fill the air! No matter who you are, music always has a way of bringing people together—so you won’t want to miss our live band breaking out the Cajun and jazz classics during select times from 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Street Party
The sights and sounds of Bourbon Street are ready to take over the Wild Arctic Plaza with a DJ, street performers, and a physically distanced dance party. During select times from 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m., you can dance your cares away in the heart of Mardi Gras fun!
Gulf Coast Flavors
Enjoy classic Gulf Coast flavors as part of our Seven Seas Food Festival! From 11:30 a.m. to park close, you can dig into deliciously sweet beignets, savor the smoky flavor of the Bourbon BBQ Smoked Pork Po’ Boy, and more.
If you’ve already had your fill of beignets (is that even possible?), there’s still a whole ocean of flavors to explore. Discover special Asian, Latin, European, Polynesian, and North Atlantic dishes throughout the park, along with wine, specialty cocktails, and craft brews from near and far. The Seven Seas Food Festival runs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Feb. 5 - May 9, plus Presidents’ Day, Feb. 15. With exquisite flavors to top off exhilarating coasters and extraordinary animals, our Seven Seas Food Festival is a voyage to stir the soul -- and warm the belly!
