• The total price for the initial 1-year term is the “Annual payments” price listed above.  If you select the “Monthly payments” option, you will make a downpayment today and pay the remainder in 11 equal monthly installments. If you fail to timely pay a monthly installment, the entire remaining balance for the initial 1-year term will be due immediately (except for Virginia residents), your membership may be cancelled, and late fees and costs of collection may be collected.
• This Pass will automatically renew at the end of the initial 1-year term.  If you select the “Monthly payments” option, at the end of the initial 1-year term, it will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, and your credit or debit card on file will continue to be charged, if you do not cancel.  If you select the “Annual payments” option, at the end of the initial 1-year term, this contract will automatically renew on an annual basis, and your credit or debit card on file will continue to be charged, if you do not cancel on or before the expiration of the Initial Term (or on or before the annual anniversary thereof for a renewal term). Note: the Pass rate following the initial 1-year term is subject to change upon 30-days’ written notice.
• You can cancel this contract to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the Initial Term by contacting SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. at 877-793-7935 or by going to your account page at https://seaworld.com/end-ezpay/.  
• The Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be revoked for misuse.
• The Terms and Conditions for the Pass have a class-action waiver, are governed by the laws of the State where the park is located, and include exclusive venue provisions for any disputes.
