Calling All Pass Members! Join our 2026 Passport to Shark Encounter Program!

Your 2026 Passport to Shark Encounter mission is to visit SeaWorld San Diego five times from February 16 through April 19, 2026. Are you up for the challenge?

SeaWorld San Diego's Shark Encounter is set to reopen in Spring 2026 with an exciting, reimagined experience of stunning visuals and immersive storytelling. See a stunning array of sharks with 11 different species, including sand tiger sharks, blacktip reef sharks, and the endangered Australian leopard—part of a Species Survival Plan through AZA-accredited facilities.

SeaWorld San Diego Pass Members can exclusively participate in the Passport to Shark Encounter program by visiting SeaWorld San Diego on three different days from February 16 to April 19, 2026, to receive an invitation to an exclusive Shark Encounter Pass Member event. (Event date coming soon!)

HOW IT WORKS

1. Visit SeaWorld San Diego

Spend a fun-filled day immersed in everything SeaWorld San Diego has to offer. With exciting seasonal events, like Mardi Gras and Seven Seas, there's so many adventures to discover.

2. Collect Your Vouchers

Visit one of our Self-Service Kiosks at Electric Eel and Bayside Skyride to print out one Passport visitation voucher a day. Be sure to hold on to your vouchers!

3. Register Online

Once you've achieved all THREE visits, register your email at the link provided on your visitation voucher to receive an invitation to the ALL-NEW Shark Encounter: Exclusive Pass Member Grand Opening Event (event date will be announced soon). Remember to hold onto all three visitation vouchers as you will present them day of the event.

Pass Members must scan into the park for visit to count.
