2026 registration is now closed
Be first in line for 2027.
Southern California and Arizona kids 5 and under visit SeaWorld San Diego free, all year, with the Preschool Card. Registration for 2027 opens in January 2027, and places are limited. Join the priority list and you'll get the email the day it opens.
Three things to know:
- Southern California and Arizona residents only.
- Age 5 or under on the day of your first visit
- Bring proof of age on your first visit: a certified birth certificate or a passport.
A preschooler changes every few months. The child who hides behind your leg at the sea lion show in March is the one shouting Clyde's name by July. The Preschool Card isn't a free ticket — it's a free year, which is the difference between one big day out and a place your child grows up going to.
- Free, all year. Unlimited admission with no blockout dates and no per-visit cost.
- Learn while having fun! Enjoy kiddie thrills while learning about our oceans and marine life through educational presentations and elements.
- Short visits count. Two hours and home for a nap is a perfectly good day.
Make the most of your visit with even more family fun — add a SeaWorld San Diego Fun Card or a Silver Pass for unlimited access to SeaWorld San Diego all year long.
Note: If you can’t find the email with your Preschool Card, log in to your SeaWorld account using your email and password then check your order history.
