How Do I Redeem My Guest Tickets?
On the Pass Member login page, enter your 16 digit Pass barcode (that begins with the letter A) and zip code in the corresponding fields (shown below) to access your account.
Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pass Members with Free Guest Ticket rewards can redeem their tickets during special periods throughout the year.

Benefits and rewards listed are applicable for new Annual Pass purchases as of 9/7/2021 or after and may not be reflective of an existing member’s benefits. Annual Pass valid only at park(s) of Membership. Passes do not include admission to Discovery Cove. Service fees and taxes not included. EZpay: EZpay requires 12 monthly payments plus taxes and service fees. First monthly payment due at time of purchase. Credit card holder must be over the age of 18. Once your initial 12-month EZpay commitment is satisfied, your Membership will continue and your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis at 1/12 the then-current full non-promotional retail rate plus tax, subject to your right to cancel at any time. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc reserves the right to change your monthly payment amount after the expiration of the initial term. Please refer to EZpay terms and conditions.
Admission: Unlimited admission during the initial term commitment and any renewal period.
Free guest tickets: Valid for Silver, Gold, and Premium. Free tickets are distributed on a rolling calendar basis throughout the operating year, please see the 2025 calendar here. Parking not included. Valid for one-time use per ticket for one Single-Day admission. Pass Members must accompany guests for entry. Tickets available for advance redemption via the Annual Pass Portal.
Member ticket discounts: Exclusive discounted tickets are available for purchase at select times throughout the year and are available via the Annual Pass Portal. Discount may vary by Annual Pass tier and are subject to availability. Tickets available for advance purchase via the Annual Pass Portal.
Preferred Parking Upgrade: FGold Annual Pass Members are eligible for 50% off a Up-Close Parking upgrade, while Platinum Annual Pass Members are eligible for FREE Up-Close Parking (subject to availability). Advance purchase is available via the Annual Pass Portal.
Food & Beverage savings: Discount varies by Membership tier. Excludes All Season Dining and Souvenir Bottle Plans. Additional exclusions may apply.
Merchandise savings: Discount varies by Annual Pass tier. Excludes food and beverage items, Quick Queue products, and All-Day Dining Deals sold in the gift shops. Additional exclusions may apply.
Select Reserved Show Seating: Platinum Annual Passes only. Advanced reservation required through Pass Member portal. Valid at Dolphin Amphitheater, Sea Lion & Otter Amphitheater, and Orca Encounter. Not valid for special engagements or seasonal shows at Bayside Amphitheater, Mission Bay Theater, Nautilus Amphitheater, or Firework Viewing. Pass Member discounts apply for Reserved Seating for special engagements and seasonal shows. All Platinum Member guests must have valid Reserved Seating ticket to access Reserved Seating. Reserved Seating is limited and is subject to capacity. An advanced reservation does not guarantee access and will be contingent on capacity.

Quick Queue Discounts: Discount valid for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Annual Passes. Not valid on Year-Round Quick Queue. Additional exclusions may apply. Available for advance purchase via the Annual Pass Portal. Platinum members receive one free Quick Queue ride per day. Redeem at self-service kiosk at the park. Based on availability.
Zoological Experiences Discounts: Discount varies by tier and based on availability. Available for booking via the Pass Member Portal.
Discounts on Specialty Dines: Valid for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Annual Passes. Savings at select events and on other culinary offers. Exclusions may apply. Available for booking via the Annual Pass Portal.
