What’s bigger, better, tastier, and returning to SeaWorld San Diego? Mardi Gras! We’re celebrating this iconic holiday with all-new and returning food and drink menu items that are as delicious as they are authentic! The party is happening on weekends now through February 26, so be sure not to miss out on these exclusive and delicious event dishes!
A returning favorite, Shrimp and Roast Beef Po’Boys is back this year. The Roast Beef Po’Boy is filled with pulled roast beef, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, provolone cheese, and topped with creamy mayonnaise. The Shrimp Po’Boy is filled with fresh shrimp, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and topped with a flavorful, authentic Cajun remoulade.
Light, airy New Orleans-style Muffuletta bread is the star of the all-new Muffuletta Sandwich, while the slices of fresh salami, provolone cheese and topping of traditional olive tapenade add layers of flavor.
Meat and seafood lovers are flocking to the Andouille Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya, which features a delicious sauce made with the “Cajun trinity” of white onions, green bell peppers, and celery, plus tomatoes and an authentic blend of Cajun spices. Looking for a plant-based option that’s still big on flavor? Our new Dirty Rice is packed with same “Cajun trinity,” plus plant-based meat and lentils!
We’re bringing a Southern staple to Southern California – Hush Puppies! These deep-fried balls of deliciously seasoned dough are served with Spicy Boom-Boom Sauce for an extra kick of flavor. We bet you won’t be able to eat just one!
You won’t find a plastic baby inside our Pecan Praline King Cake, but everyone who tastes the layers of sweet cinnamon and pecan praline filling is sure to feel like a winner! And it certainly wouldn’t be a Mardi Gras party without fluffy Beignets dusted in a sweet layer of powdered sugar. You won’t want to miss this taste of Bourbon Street brought straight to San Diego!

Looking for a libation with an extra kick? Our traditional Hurricanes are a fruity, flavorful dream packed with Flor de Caña Rum, Passionfruit, Lime Juice, Grenadine, and Cherry. Mint Juleps, made with Bourbon Whisky and lime, will also be available alongside Abita New Orleans Beer.
