It's been two weeks since our last update and you won't believe how far Gale has traveled!
Gale is now off the coast of South Carolina. That's right, she has made her way down and around Florida and is now traveling up the East Coast. These travel patterns are just what NOAA and researchers were looking for. Not only is this good news for Gale, but this information is providing vital data on short-finned pilot whales overall.
