Calling all locals: Check out Shark's Underwater Grill during Visit Orlando's Magical Dining Month!

For all you foodies ready to try something unique and different, there’s never been a better time to have an unforgettable dining experience at Shark’s Underwater Grill. From August 25 through October 12, Shark’s will be a part of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month and will offer three course dinners for just $35. Need more reasons? We’ve got you covered… one dollar from each meal will benefit Freedom Ride and BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation

Choose one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert from chef-chosen guest favorites and your palette will be thanking you. As will the environmentally-friendly side of you because all the seafood served at Shark’s Underwater Grill is 100% sustainable.

Park admission is NOT required; just call the restaurant at (407) 363-2591 to make a reservation between 3pm and restaurant closing or by sending an email to [email protected] and mention Magical Dining Month to make reservations for up to 8 people. Guests will be escorted into the park to the restaurant; following dinner, they will be allowed to remain in the park until closing. 

 

Choice of Appetizers

Caesar Salad 
freshly chopped romaine lettuce with Parmesan cheese accompanied with cherry tomatoes and our house dressing

Sharks Signature Salad
fresh baby spinach topped with seasonal berries, mango, shaved red onions, cranberries, candied pecans, crumbled queso blanco and a white balsamic berry vinaigrette

 

Choice of Entrées

Filet Mignon 
prime cut of beef grilled of perfection with a cabernet reduction, creamy mashed potatoes and season fresh vegetables

Grilled Swordfish
grilled on top a bed of cheese polenta, tropical salsa, sautéed baby spinach with cherry tomatoes and a white wine sauce

Seafood Paella Pasta 
shrimp, scallops, mussels and chorizo sausage with sweet peas and cherry tomatoes, saffron pasta in a lobster cream sauce

Grilled Salmon 
grilled and topped with a Caper butter, Japanese sticky rice
and seasonal vegetables

 

Choice of Desserts

Key Lime Pie 
tangy, sweet and creamy made with fresh key lime juice crumbled graham crackers topped with whipped cream

Chocolate Cake
decadent chocolate layered cake covered with a house made chocolate ganache and whipped cream
