Dolphin Encounter is one of the largest interactive dolphin pools in the world, where you can see dolphins play and jump above the water, or see them gracefully swim in the underwater viewing area.  Don't forget to visit our dolphin mothers and calves at the Dolphin Nursery.

    See how we care for our dolphins, participate in a training session, then touch and feed a dolphin on this approximately 15-minute program.

    • Opportunity to have your picture taken while touching and feeding dolphins
    • Learn how our animal team takes care of these amazing mammals
    • Admission to SeaWorld is required and not included
    • Guests under 3 years of age are free and do not require a reservation
    • All guests under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult
    • Groups will be combined for program of about 10 guests
    • Program times, prices, components and animal participation are subject to change
    • For animal safety, no personal belongings, including phones and cameras, are permitted along interaction wall
    • Professional photographers may photograph participants and select animal interactions; photos are sold separately
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable

    Find out what it takes to be a SeaWorld dolphin care specialist, when you come face-to-face with the ocean’s most playful ambassador on this approximately 30-minute hands-on tour.

    You will learn first-hand from our animal care specialists about behaviors, training techniques and the world-class care we provide for these amazing animals.
    • Opportunity to have your picture taken while touching and feeding dolphins
    • Experience an extended hands-on interaction and training session with our dolphin family with the help of expert animal care specialists
    • Practice what you've learned while asking a dolphin to perform some of the behaviors
    • Admission to SeaWorld is required and not included
    • Guests under 3 years of age are free and do not require a reservation
    • All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult
    • Groups will be combined for tour of about 18 guests
