Get into the Halloween spirit with trickster O.P. Otter and his SeaWorld character friends at the ALL-NEW O.P. Otter’s Spooktacular Surprise! Join them as they gather for a Halloween costume party and celebrate fun fall traditions through song and dance. Playing several times a day at Mission Bay Theater.
Trick-or-Treat Candy Trail for Kids
Find waves of Halloween fun when costumed youngsters trick-or-treat for ghoulish goodies. Each candy station on our trick-or-treat trail features an assortment of favorites after 4 p.m. on Fridays and from 12 p.m. to park close on Saturdays & Sundays. Reusable candy bag must be purchased in order to participate in trick-or-treating.
Reusable Candy Trail Bags
Choose from a variety of fun and not-so spooky candy bag designs for your trick-or-treating adventure! A SeaWorld reusable candy bag is required to participate in the candy trail, and is available for purchase at any retail location for only $4.99. Discounted for Pass Members!
Halloween Dance Party
Children can join a cast of silly characters for a Halloween Dance Party featuring your favorite Halloween-themed songs and family-friendly games like limbo, freeze dance, and more!
Meet a Mermaid
Meet the friendly Halloween mermaids each event day in this enchanting experience along the Trick-or-Treat Trail.
Hay Maze
Wander through our festive hay maze and meet some fun fall characters along the way.
Dia de los Muertos
Back by popular demand is the celebration of the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos. Large, beautifully dressed Catrina statues will welcome guests as they discover ofrendas (offerings) of mementos and flowers honoring loved ones who have passed.
Spooktacular Pumpkin Hunt
Families can purchase a Spooktacular Pumpkin Hunt Map at The SeaWorld Store to explore the park and track down SeaWorld and Halloween inspired painted pumpkins. Redeem completed map at The SeaWorld Store for a special prize!
Show Off Your
Costumes
All guests are welcome to dress up in costumes. Guests who are ages 13 and older may not wear costume masks or hoods, and all costumes are subject to the normal dress code for the park. In addition, face painting is not permitted on any guests unless it is done by park artists.
