I am having trouble logging in with my email and password, what do I do?

On the Pass Member login page, enter your 16 digit Pass barcode (that begins with the letter A) and zip code in the corresponding fields (shown below) to access your account.

Who can use the Pass Member website?

All active and expired Pass Members (full paid and EZpay) or Fun Card holders with a US zip code on their account.


Note:
Expired Pass Members can access the website to renew their Passes, but will not have access to all information on the site until their Pass has been renewed. At this time, non-US Pass Members are unable to access the Pass Member Website. We are working on this update so that all Pass Members will be able to set up their accounts.

What’s available to Pass Members on the website?

The Pass Member website is the key to unlocking Pass Member exclusive benefits and offers. Pass Members have access to all the following and more:

  • Exclusive Offers
  • Discounted Products
  • Renewal Offers
  • EZpay account access
  • List of Monthly Rewards and Pass Benefits

I just bought a Pass. How do I access the website?

If you bought your Pass online, you will need to redeem your online order for a Pass at the park before you can log in. Once you receive your Pass or if you bought your Pass in the park, please visit the Pass Member login page, enter your email address and fill out the requested information. Please see Registration Instructions below for more information.

I have a Pass for multiple SeaWorld Parks. Do I need to create a profile on each website?

Multi-park Pass Members only need to create one online profile. Once created, the same profile can be used across all SeaWorld Parks Pass Member websites, including:

I have multiple Passes on my account. Can I redeem offers for the other Passes?

Yes, Pass Members can access offers for other Pass Members on their account. When an offer is limited per Pass Member, you can redeem it for other Pass Members in your household by signing up for the Pass Member website with their barcode and a separate email address for the individual Passes OR by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Pass Member login page

2. Log in using the barcode (that begins with the letter A) and zip code for the other Pass(es) in your household and click on submit.


Registration Restrictions: Pass Members under the age of 13 cannot register an email address to their barcode or save any profile information. They will, however, have access to specific renewal offers for their Pass when logged in. To access and purchase a renewal offer specific to a child’s Pass, the Pass Members and/or their family members will need to log in using their barcode and zip code in the field shown above.

Why can’t I update my profile?

If you logged in using your barcode and zip code, you will be unable to update any profile information. Three easy ways to update your account information:


Sign up for an account using your email address and password

Visit the Tickets & Reservations counter at our park

I have an expired Pass (or my Pass is about to expire) and want a new one, what do I do?

If you already signed up on the Pass Member website using your expired Pass: Log in using your email address and password. Then click the Renew Your Pass button and choose from your exclusive renewal offers.


If you did not sign up on the Pass Member website using your expired Pass: Sign up with your expired Pass' barcode (that begins with the letter A) and zip code. Then click the Renew Your Pass button and choose from your exclusive renewal offers.

I just bought a Pass and I want to link it to my previous Pass Member profile.

Any new Pass purchased on a park website, front gate or over the phone will not be tied to the previous online profile. You will need to sign up with a different email address. Only Passes purchased through the online renewal offers will be linked to current profiles.

How do I get my Friend-For-Free Ticket?

1. Go to SeaWorld San Diego's Pass Member login page.


2. Log in using your Pass barcode (that begins with the letter A) and zip code. For more help with this step, visit Registration Instructions below for additional information.


3. Go to your Offers page by clicking on “See Offers” or “Pass Member Exclusive Offers and Events”


4. Click on “Friend-For-FREE Ticket” offer at the top


5. Add (1) Ticket to your cart and complete checkout


6. An eTicket will be sent to the e-mail address used during your checkout process. Read the eTicket for instructions and any important restrictions or expiration dates.


If you are encountering any issues with the steps above, please try a private browsing/incognito window or clear your cache/history/cookies before logging in.

Registration Instructions

Step 1: Go to SeaWorld San Diego's Pass Member login page.


Step 2: Enter your email address. If you have previously signed up for an account on our website, please use that email address.

Step 3: Enter a password. If you have created an account previously, you will be prompted to enter the password associated with the email address provided. If you have not previously created an account, please create a password at least eight (8) characters long, including at least one (1) number, one (1) uppercase letter, and one (1) lowercase letter.


Step 4: Enter your Pass barcode. Barcode is the 16-digit number that begins with the letter “A” located at the bottom of your pass. Printed vouchers from an online purchase must be redeemed at the park before a barcode is issued.

Step 5: Enter the Zip Code associated with the credit card used to purchase your Pass.

I need to update my credit/debit card. What do I need to do?

You can manage and update your debit and credit cards online now with our new EZpay management system!


Step 1:  Login with your username and password or create a new account with your pass
    -- (NOTE: a barcode/zip code login does not provide sufficient security to manage your EZpay account).
    -- If you already have an account, click “add your pass” once logged in to update your account with pass(es) desired


Step 2:  Click on the “EZpay” tab


Step 3:  On the left side, after a listing of your EZpay passes, you’ll see a link to update your card, among other helpful items


Step 4:  Click the link to update your card information and then enter the desired information on the following screen


If you have a past-due amount (because the prior card was expired), you can pay that balance to become current also.

I have a past-due balance I need to pay - how can I get current & access my benefits?

You can now pay past-due balances with our new EZpay management system!


Step 1:  Login with your username and password or create a new account with your pass
    -- (NOTE: a barcode/zip code login does not provide sufficient security to manage your EZpay account).
    -- If you already have an account, click “add your pass” once logged in to update your account with pass(es) desired

If you need to update your card info (e.g. because the card on file has expired), you can manage that on the page as well.

I need to update my payment date, or have a question about the amount - can I get more information?

You can now manage your payment date with our new EZpay management system -- to better align with your personal finances!

I would like to end my pass or modify the type to a different pass type. How can I do so?

We certainly hope your intent is to change the type of your pass and not cancel it entirely!

  • If you want to change to a different pass:

Please contact our call center at the number shown at the very bottom left of this page. 

Our helpful agents can help you convert your pass and payments accordingly.

 

  • If you want to cancel your pass:

First, we request you have no outstanding/overdue payments: please Login with your email & password (note: your barcode/zip code is insufficient for managing your account), then click the EZpay tab and scroll down to pay off your “commitment amount”.

 

Next, while logged in, visit https://seaworld.com/end-ezpay/ to request your cancellation. An email will be sent to you after filling out the request, for confirmation of your cancellation and effective dates. Please note that there are no partial refunds when cancelling a pass if not converting into a new one.

I'm not seeing all the passes on my account, how can I see them?

On the EZpay tab, you will see all passes attached to your credit card on file. 

  • There may be some rare cases where multiple cards were used over the years and you don't see an active pass here.  If so, please login to the account used to manage those EZpay passes and update the credit card to the current one on file with your main account.

On the Account tab, you will see all passes currently associated with your profile. 

  • If you purchased other passes on a separate transaction online (or at the park), they will not show here by default
  • Soon, you’ll have a way to add passes into your existing pass member profile for easy view/access.  (This feature is under repair and should be available shortly)

If you don’t happen to see an expected account after logging in, please use the option to login with barcode/zip code for the pass in question – you’ll still be able to access the benefits and other information relevant to that pass by logging in that way!

Are there any current pass member offers?

If you’re a current pass member, you can login with your account (or barcode/zip code) to see the current benefits and offers available to you right now.

What benefits are included with my EZpay pass?

The benefits for EZpay passes are the same as their standard pass counterparts!  Please see the annual pass pages on this site - there you can find a list of benefits, pricing information, and other important information.

I'm having trouble logging in

Please be sure you have a current pass (typically starting with “A” and followed by 11-15 digits. If so, you can use the barcode/zip code (the billing zip code used when you purchased the pass) to login.

  • This will allow you to do everything EXCEPT manage your EZpay account.

If you would like to use an email/password for easier login in the future, please use the Sign up link, and use the “I have a pass” button when creating your account with a new email/password.

  • If you forget to attach your pass when creating your account, don’t worry, you can still add it later after logging in!
