This New Orleans-style carnival event comes complete with live music, colorful costumes, and Mardi Gras-infused Creole and Cajun food favorites like hearty jambalaya, those ever-popular beignets, and much more. NEW! Mardi Gras Opening & Closing Ceremonies
Join the King and Queen as they kick off our Mardi Gras festivities at the SkyTower Stage during the Opening Ceremony. Then, after a day of New Orleans-style fun, enjoy as the SeaWorld Brass Band, Mardi Gras performers, and the King & Queen close each day during the Closing Ceremony.
