SeaWorld is operating as a licensed and accredited zoo. Reservations are required to manage capacity for the health and safety of our guests and to comply with state and local governmental requirements. Rides, rollercoasters and indoor animal exhibits are temporarily closed at this time due to current State of California COVID-19 guidelines.

SeaWorld’s outdoor animal attractions, including dolphins, bat rays, Magellanic penguins, reef sharks, flamingos, sea otters, orcas, seals, sea lions, turtles, moray eels and more, will remain open in addition to SeaWorld’s world-famous Dolphin, Sea Lion and Orca Encounter live educational presentations with physically distanced seating.


Native to Kenya and Tanzania, this small bright golden yellow bird is very gregarious and often shares a very large nest with other weavers. Males weave grasses together to make a nest which the females line with softer materials. Nests can be very large with several chambers and sometimes have a long entrance tunnel.
