Puffin Interaction
- Due to safety restrictions all participants must be at least 48” tall.
- Check-in will begin at 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
- Check in inside the entrance to the Penguin Encounter
- Reservation Confirmation is only valid for the date of your reservation.
- All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. A parent/guardian must purchase program admission and accompany participants under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 booked without a paid adult may have their reservation cancelled.
- If you are participating on a day that SeaWorld is open, park admission is not included but required to participate in the program.
- Program times, prices, components, and animal participation are subject to change
- Please be aware that this program includes navigating narrow pathways and stepping over a short wall to enter the puffin habitat.
- The program fee is non-refundable; however the program will be rescheduled when possible. Please keep in mind if you arrive late you may not be able to join the program.

Ultimate Animal Experience
Here is your chance to have the greatest hands-on ultimate animal experience there is at SeaWorld San Antonio.
This tour is available every day, whether SeaWorld is open or closed to the public. Recommended for families with children aged 8 and above.
Penguin Interaction
Following an educational briefing from one of our educators, you will enter a charming and chilly world where you’ll encounter more than 100 penguins of various types, including the regal king penguin. Join us and enjoy the show as our penguins waddle and swim among the rocky cliffs and icy water of this wonderfully realistic habitat.
In-Water Sea Lion Interaction
During your interaction, you’ll get to play the role of an animal ambassador in training, interacting with sea lions both in and out of the water.
