Welcome to SeaWorld® San Antonio! Through our promise of providing guests with a safe and enjoyable environment, we offer this guide to our services and facilities available to disabled guests. We aim for this guide to compliment the additional park information and entertainment schedule on the SeaWorld San Antonio park map. Park maps are available upon arrival to the park.
If you have any questions or feel that you need assistance, please contact us at (210) 520-4SEA or visit Guest Services located after security check point to the right. SeaWorld Ambassadors throughout the park are also available for assistance. If your guest becomes separated from his/her group, contact any SeaWorld Ambassador immediately. Our goal is to accommodate every guest so that they can safely enjoy any of SeaWorld's attractions.
Safety and convenience have been designed into all areas of SeaWorld. While most shows, gift shops, food facilities, park information and rides are accessible, certain areas cannot accommodate non-ambulatory guests. At some park locations, guests utilizing wheelchairs may need to be assisted onto a fixed seat. Please keep in mind that SeaWorld San Antonio personnel are ready and able to help a guest, however, they are neither trained nor permitted to physically lift a guest. Should it be required, guests with a disability requiring this assistance should plan to visit SeaWorld San Antonio with someone who can physically help.
