• Due to the nature of social distancing and safety, the interaction ledge for the in-water portion of your program will be exclusive to your reservation group.
• Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an in-water paid adult participant over the age of 18.
• All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Observer tickets for Interactions at Dolphin Lagoon can be purchased at check-in with Discovery Point.
• For the safety of our Guests, Park Ambassadors, and our animals, SeaWorld has taken extra steps to ensure your tour experience is safe and worry free:
  • Groups will be limited in size, keeping reservation groups together and socially distanced from other groups on the program.
  • All participants will be required to wear the provided face covering that covers their mouth and nose at all times during the program.
  • Taking photos of the animals and your experience is encouraged; however SeaWorld Ambassadors will not be allowed to handle your camera or other personal equipment during your program.
• Check-in will begin at Discovery Point 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
• Reservation Confirmation is only valid for the date of your reservation.
• There are limited spots available and we cannot guarantee there will be room to add extra participants.
• Program times, prices, components and animal participation are subject to change
• The program fee is non-refundable; however the program will be rescheduled when possible. Please keep in mind if you arrive late you may not be able to join the program.

All attraction requirements apply. For safety, guests are limited to two consecutive rides on any attraction. Includes UNLIMITED priority entrance on the following rides: The Steel Eel Roller Coaster, The Great White Roller Coaster, Wave Breaker: The Rescue Coaster, Sea Swinger, Riptide Rescue, Abby's Rockin' Wave, Grover's Round Up and Super Grover's Box Car Derby. This Quick Queue Product is not valid for Texas Stingray. Admission is NOT included but IS required. Quick Queue is not for resale, non-refundable, and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

• This program does not allow for observers. Participants must refrain from smoking
  
• If you are participating on a day that SeaWorld is open, park admission is not included but required to participate in the program.
  
• If the park is open and you would like to enter the park after the completions of your program admission is required.
  
• Groups will be combined for a tour of about 20 guests.
  
• Program times, prices, components and animal participation are subject to change.
• Individuals with disabilities who require accommodations should call us at 210-523-3608 to discuss requests prior to making reservations. SeaWorld respectfully requests 2 weeks’ notice of any need for accommodation, but every effort will be made to satisfy requests received less than 2 weeks in advance to the extent possible with in the time provided.
