Know Before You Go:
- Due to safety restrictions and pool water depth, all in-water participants must be at least 48" tall without shoes. Participants will be measured for this height requirement at check-in.
- Participants must remove all jewelry, piercings, and hair accessories prior to entering the water.
- Friends and family members who wish to enjoy the meal and observe but participate in the in-water portion of the program will be able to purchase an observer ticket upon arrival at Discovery Point for $109. Minors cannot be observers without an adult.
- All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Interaction participants are not permitted to take any cameras or electronic devices in the water with them, for the safety of our animals. Observers are permitted to bring one (1) camera or device to take pictures and videos of your program.
- Check-in will begin at Discovery Point 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
- Reservation Confirmation is only valid for the date of your reservation.
- There are limited spots available and we cannot guarantee there will be room to add extra participants.
