Live the excitement that is Polynesian Fire Dancing, as it ignites twice each night at the Polynesian Flavors Stage during the Seven Seas Food Festival. Adding fire to instruments is a modern innovation that adds a new level of excitement to this time honored tradition. Instruments such as Poi, meaning ball on a string, are wrapped with a cotton towel and soaked in alcohol and then lit for performances. The fire dancers will be sure to sizzle out the evening and leave you alight in amazement with blazing performances.
