Discover Your Perfect 2020 Summer Camp at SeaWorld San DiegoFebruary 5, 2020
It’s never too early to start planning summer camps for your young ones!
There are many benefits for children to attend a summer camp. Camps offer them the opportunity to experience a structured environment to engage, socialize, and most importantly build confidence with unparalleled knowledge. At SeaWorld San Diego, we offer your children proficiencies in skills outside of their day-to-day school’s core curriculum and after-school clubs. There’s an array of summer camps for you to choose from:
Week-Long Day Camps
Running Monday-Friday, our week-long camps offer not just fun but have a superior educational experience as well. Our accomplished counselors guarantee a captivating and informative experience, visits to our animal attractions, arts and crafts, hands-on learning, and of course, exclusive access to our SeaWorld San Diego shows!
Do you know how a killer whale catches 200 pounds of fish every day? Or how jellyfish and sharks thrive in their extreme habitats? Your children will learn those answers and so much more by discovering how incredible ocean animals catch prey and avoid predators.

Educational Programs and Camps
If you already have your child’s summer planned, not to worry. SeaWorld San Diego offers educational programs throughout the year. SeaWorld Camps are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) by meeting or exceeding their standards.
We’ll even let teachers use SeaWorld San Diego as their classroom for a day (or two)! We provide housing, meals, endlessly fun activities, and necessary supplies. We do ask that there be one chaperone for every 15 campers; and the best part? Chaperones are free!
Our hands-on exploration introduces a new learning atmosphere that is both fun and enlightening. It’s been stated that animal interaction is important for early childhood education. It’s included in the National Quality Standard (NQS) that when animals are around, children learn how to appreciate nature, respect animals, and most importantly learn responsibility.
SeaWorld Group Camp is available from September until May.
