*Exclusive Animal Events are not available in June, July or August. Capacity is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Stop by the Animal Encounters Center for more information. Platinum Exclusive Animal Event is available by reservation only. Space is limited. Platinum Pass members can attend more than one event, as long as there is availability. This benefit must be redeemed via the Pass Member Portal. Each Exclusive Animal Event is available on select dates and times This benefit cannot be used for any other Animal Experiences, Swims or Interactions.
